Richard Slipper has worked for over 30 years in urban planning including posts in three local authorities, consultancies in London and Edinburgh and voluntary assignments.
His experience is mostly in larger urban mixed-use developments with a career that has included retail malls, supermarkets and retail parks and town expansion schemes in the south of England and a period of more than 25 years in Scotland in the role of planning and development consultancy team leader for multi-disciplinary property advisory businesses (previously CBRE and GVA and recently a 5-year spell in sole practice).
Richard has focussed on the delivery of complex planning and heritage consents on larger sites with a range of residential, retail, business, industrial and leisure projects.
Richard oversees the longer term client and service strategy for the practice and the links with NJL Consulting.
