Nick Lee sits as a Non-Executive Director for Calton Planning, bringing 30 years of professional experience, during which he has successfully built and led teams for major national companies in both Edinburgh and Manchester. Recognising a gap in the planning industry, he founded NJL from the ground up to drive meaningful change, which has now been successfully operating for over 20 years.
Returning to his roots in Edinburgh, Nick now provides strategic oversight and acts as an advisory figure for Calton, focusing on business development and long-term growth.
